Sure makes me shake my head about those who might be charged as they were who cannot afford this much for legal fees..


Seems to me those boys were charged ONLY BECAUSE they could afford it.

I listened to some of the Rutgers folks' comments on the radio
last night. Couldn't believe what I was hearing.

And you're right about the Duke students. Many people in the same situation wouldn't have those resources to combat the misuse of power by a State representative.

That DA should lose his right to practice. I totally agree.

I agree. He was using the justice system to play politics. How dispicable. Just imagine if he really had power. Just imagine if he could play politics using the justice system on a natonal level.

Albert Gonzales has already said that he would never, never use the Justice department for political purposes. Just imagine how many innocent people you could hurt if you do it more covertly and on a national level.

He is being investigated by his state bar for a disbarment trial. You may get your wish. We can hope.
