AHM has had some insider buying. Not as much as Id like but there has been no selling. Unlike CFC where insiders have been dumping hand over fist.

Insiders in LUM and TMA and NDE have been buying also.

The biggest issue is subprime with some spillover into alt-a. The question is how much. (AHM, LUM, TMA & NDE dont own much subprime)

I really dont have an opinion on when the housing market might turn up. Just as I didnt know when the internet bubble would pop.

But, there is a big difference between single family homes that people need to live in and money losing internet stocks so I dont look for the average house to lose 40% of its value in my lifetime.

If it happens, we might all need to switch all out assets into gold & silver coins and guns for protection as paper money may become worthless.

I dont own a gun and own very little junk silver.
