As I said, the comments I heard on the radio were from team members to the effect that Imus had *ruined their lives* and *stolen their season*, which I thought were disproportionate.

I think it is a disgrace that Rutgers University has lowered it's standards to the point that if some 60 year old radio announcer says something that is obviously stupid, and obviously not true, the students, who will supposedly be lawyers and leaders of the society and of America, crumble into a hysterical mishmash of how he ruined their lives and stole their season. Certainly these students have been brought up lacking any kind of gumption and without any trace of a spine.

The proper reaction to this from the basketball team was, "Just who the heck is Don Imos. I've never heard of him."

Now they have shown themselves as stereotypical women weeping at the slightest criticism or hardship. It's a huge setback for women's rights that these supposedly educated women fall back on "The mean man hurt my feelings." Hopefully they will all find husbands who will take care of them in a world that is just not going to worry much about their feelings.

When Biden compliments a black man for being "articulate" and "clean", I'd say that tell us quite a bit about Biden.
