Damn. lazarre p.s. on another note, re: Paul Wolfewicsz(sp? ) and his tenure as prez of the world bank. tell me about it: a guy who committed a silly, totally without discretion and brains and common sense, etc. etc. an act of mere stupidity BUT not illegality. The first prez in decades ferreting out, mercilesslely(sp?) ingrained and nod and wink corruption that has gone on since the WB's inception ( no wonder he was booed by the rank and file, today...they finally had something to pin on him, albeit,a feather compared to what they'd been doing for years ), and to my personal delight, poring tons of $$ into structually sound African projects. Another half way decent guy goes down.
