"But now they are claiming executive privilege for emails through a server that they were using illegally."

That's it. Pretty slick, huh?

re: Did you see where the White House is claiming executive privilege for the emails on the RNC server?

Didn't notice that. Hum, let's see if I have this right. All official government emails are supposed to go through the government server and be preserved. But Bush admin officials have been sending official emails through the RNC server, which can be deleted. But now they are claiming executive privilege for emails through a server that they were using illegally.

Boy, I suddenly smell something and it sure does stink. I've got a feeling if somebody uses their nose and follows that smell they will find some really rotten stuff.

I have a feeling this Gonzales thing is going to bring down Bush's presidency. It shouldn't..........it doesn't look like they did anything criminal but their reaction to the complaints is mucking things up.
