If he doesn't wanna use it in Iraq, or thinks it won't work there, just where does he think it Will work??

He thinks we should have used it from the start and that it's too late now. The Shiite and Sunnis are going to have to settle their differences or it will just go on and on as a low grade civil war.

Both he and I both think what the surge is doing is just putting off the inevitable.
