It's all part of the mandatory thematic reinforcement for the incumbents, i.e. anything or anyone that isn't pro-Bush is "ultra far left". It's hilarious how they have devalued and destroyed the real meaning and impact of that term; claiming that 65% of America is "ultra far left" means either we are a nation of commies, or most of the non-pro-Bush crowd is not ultra left after all, and using the term is a gross, self-serving distortion.

It's become a nonsensical refrain that only resonates inside The Circle of True Believers.

You are so right about the author as he has never been wrong, nor have his facts...(sic)
