When I coached baseball I had some kids at 10-12 years old who couldn't throw at all, after a couple of weeks some of their parents came up to the coaching staff and said you haven't taught our kids a thing. I couldn't take it. I said the kid is 12, have you ever even throw a ball with him ?? Those parents just used us a baby sitters, they never even went to the games.
