And how many truckloads of office supplies go into buildings that size every day without any undue attention? Where I work everyone stops by to see what kind of pens and sticky pads they bought this time. People would be might suspicious if it were suddenly a hush-hush arrangement. Even if they weren't suspicious at the time, people would remember that they saw truckloads of mysterious stuff being placed in and around every floor. There were 50,000 witnesses to any preparation.
