Allegedly he heard that Intel told someone something.
That's classified as hearsay and inadmissible.

I posted it at the time (I was pretty pissed off) and it was reported by other people who were affected. There are some other smoking guns. The "white box" Asus boards, the lack of links to any AMD products on Supermicro's site.

Intel's threats were quite effective.

You seem to be on high alert - are you associated with Intel? Trial not going so well?

Too bad.

It's nice to see a crook starting to squirm when he knows he's been caught and is about to be convicted.
