Well, Rove quite clearly forgot it. I won't bother to argue that one with you. I expected that would be your position. Just think! Less than two years to go on your "Rove derangement syndrome." :>) They really blew it with the Email problem Stupid to let it happen. I commented the other day that Bush should have announced when he got into office that he was not going to allow his advisors to be opened up on their communications. And if someone didn't like it, take it to the Supremes. And if they didn't like it, Impeach him. This fishing in the WH papers by Congress has got to cease. No matter who is in. You can't do business this way. It forces everyone to go verbal. Or cheat. Which is dangerous.
