Liar. Clinton did a great job and balanced the books, gave us huge surpluses. His policies did it. You need to stop criticizing others who work hard to succeed just because Bush has failed so badly and is so corrupt. Again, you are in extreme denial with badly misplaced loyalties. Wake up.
