Research in Motion (BLACKBERRY) mail servers are supposedly in Waterloo Canada. They are not subject to FISA court and that is how they circumvent the law with domestic spying and/or erasing data without consequence. (I'm sure rove could figure that out.) (as an aside) I wouldn't be surprised if Greenspans Blackberry communications were traded on. I wouldn't doubt that for a second.

What evidence do you think Sandy Burglar was stealing and destroying?
Why do you believe he felt the need or was ordered to do so?
Why did Rove erase or hide four years of emails against the law? Same reason a Mafia don would destroy evidence. No different than Enron shredding. They're all completely guilty criminals anbd anyone with a brain knows it.
