Things don't work that way, Bill. The Congressional Dems have the misadventures of both the 94-95 incarnation of the Congressional Reps and the impeachment crowd, as a behavior model to avoid. They may well make their own mistakes. They've been a work in progress to date. But it's unlikely to be the same ones. The hypocrisy of the Reps this time around is truly stunning, however. The very same ones who went after Clinton are saying things like, we only have one president at a time. That sort of thing is par for the course.
