As long as the women who are veiled are willing realise that some jobs will not be open to them and some things like drivers licenses and passports will require them not to wear them, and identification isn't possible while wearing a veil, that is fine. It is not possible to teach young children while wearing a veil for example, because part of learning the language involves as much reading the lips to learn how to make the sounds as it does hearing the sounds. Men caught hiding under women's clothes should of course be processed as women, and put in prison cells as transvestites
