Appropriate that you posted this on April 15th as the former stockholders are filing 1040's that will report losses from the bankruptcy rather than the gains that should have been theirs. From the viewpoint of a former stockholder, this is fully what I expected. It was all so transparent and unnecessary. And, yes imo McKenna was the hatchet man. This is the kind of elimination of stockholders that is damaging to business, the concept of investing long term and investing in America. I doubt the truth will ever be known unless there is a case that alleges criminality. Please post if you hear anything further. mj
