Move that to expense where it truly belongs and see how little Intel really made over the last few years." Are you saying that intel overpaying for stock is WORSE than AMD issuing convertible notes when stocks are low? intel does give dividends: intel.com By the way, as a percentage of revenue, AMD issue more options to officers than intel.
