We can only speculate why the Admirals are in charge...BUT maybe GWB has good reason to think the battle will be at sea...either by missiles, or closing the Straits, or blockade.... Was it because of Rumsfeld, or was it because of the Congressional Oversight, and Congressional by-passing the chain of command, or maybe both, that things haven't worked as well... As far as the other...Yes, I know I'd like to hear the story...but my guess is, that most Americans would as well....Get those fingers working to get a book out!
