It is not an old old trope. This is obviously a new new idea, and one which you clearly have not accepted yet.

We can dislike what the country of Israel does without being antisemitic. This is a new enough trope that you don't seem to be able to really accept it. When you can actually say "True enough" without then going on to show that you really don't believe it is true enough, then it may be a moderately aged trope- but I doubt that this will occur during your lifetime.
