My grandmother broke 100 also.....

yet my fathers' side all die young.

I think I am about to finalize my personal protocol with in a few months. when I do, I"ll post it here.

Your surgeon is unique and valuable.

I have friend who is a teen psychologist who also understands natural methods in his arena....he is a gift.

All I want to do here is not to scare anybody into or out of anything I think about. And it's hard to do this. But it must be done as we never know who is reading what we write. I always assume the most impressionable minds are out there. I don't want to risk guiding them in the wrong direction.

allen....

here's a link on a recent charlie rose program on longevity and aging....one of the supplements discussed is resveratrol (which i take).....i think you may find this interesting....btw...i agree with your points about some type of 'regulation' (though i'm not sure that's what i would call it, perhaps "truth in advertising" is better) wrt to supplements....for example the resveratrol....i'm sure there are numerous, numerous companies manufacturing it....yet you don't *really* know what you are getting ....one of the scientists on the panel points this out wrt to supplementation....not that the supplement may not provide a health benefit, but instead quality control and dosing is very much hit and miss ....my understanding is that german supplement manufacturers are required to adhere to testing requirements, so my thinking is if you buy german made supplements you at least have a better chance of getting what you pay for and more importantly actually getting the nutrient you seeking for its health benefit
