Just turned on TV...You are right: "this is absolutely horrifying"....32 dead so far, 21 injured....weather a factor because victims couldn't be helicoptered out.... We are all crying for the students, the families, and for us all.

This is not a normal incident for Virginia Tech on campus. If I were choosing a school------it would be tops in Virginia. Have friends with young people at Tech, pray that they are okay. What I am hearing on local Virginia TV----is that the thinking is that this is one person who went on a rampage. Asian student romantically involved--------all very sketchy-- 32 students killed----plus himself---went to campus to find his girlfriend. Cellphone technology may have prevented more students from being killed. mj
