if other kids were carrying, this would have eneded sooner. It happened there last year, but a guy carrying killed the shooter after one death. It could have been 50 last year without the 2nd amendment

You already got signs up at all of your schools saying "gun free zone" for terrorists, what else you want to do? Have the students wear t-shirts with bullseyes on them?

Utah has a law that allows teachers and administration to carry guns. Seems to work quite well.

And do tell us why the authorities are not releasing his nationality. Bet you he's not an American white male.

Predictable.

re.......its the second amendment at its finest........all of us need to have guns so that if someone pisses us off, we can go shoot them.

So if you had access to a gun and this guy came down the hall towards you and friends you'd drop it out of principle?

You clearly don't understand the 2nd amendment - it's about defense of self and country.

This whack job was not invoking the 2nd amendment in anyway - with filed off serial numbers he either bought the guns illegally or intended to ditch them afterwards in hopes of getting away with the crime.

The shooting apparently wasn't a spur of the moment thing. He wanted two guns, bought one, and then had to wait a month to get another. 2 months plus, he would have gotten a gun no matter what gun laws VA put in place. Its to bad all the students and faculty where unarmed so he could shoot almost 3 dozen people over the course of two and a half hours.
