Regarding energy density - yes, of course. There are many factors involved in determining the outcome of a crash. The F4 video is useful because it shows that the outcome can be quite unexpected (at least by non-experts). It should make it easier for people to see that there is no need to invoke a nefarious and far-reaching conspiracy to explain that aspect of what happened at the Pentagon.

To arrive at a detailed understanding of that plane crash would require very extensive and sophisticated computer simulation. The effort would be enormous, and I'm not even sure that the state of the art would be up to the task. In any case, most reasonable people wouldn't regard this as worth doing.
