I heard they sent out a general text message to all the students cell phones. Not having a cell phone I don't know what in the hell that was.

You are right. The University will be blamed and Bush will be blamed.

And, yes the news people here are already criticizing the school for the handling of the situation.

Everyone will be Monday morning quarterbacking how it should have been handled.

Fact is it happened. The next logical consideration is what can be learned from the incident and changed if necessary.
