tecate, that's an xbit mistake. While IBM is indeed working on a high-k 45nm process, AMD will not be deploying it at first (if at all) at 45nm.

At the time of the original IBM "we have high-k too!" announcement, AMD refused to say if they were going to use it, and subsequently admitted they would be starting 45nm with a low-k non-metal-gate process.
