Thanks for posting the e-mail communication between Virginia Tech University officials and students mph. On its face it seems inadequate to address even the initial shooting. I'm sure the thinking was that those who saw the e-mails would quickly spread the word to their peers. I understand the University did take additional steps as well though time will tell if they were timely & adequate. And although recriminations are already happening, I can't help thinking that in most cases there are not multiple shooting sites separated by so much time & distance. That had to take almost everyone by surprise.
