Dunno It would seem a silly waste of money to me. Better to spend the money lobbying congress, I would think. I am against foreign lobbyists (for all countries) and agents for foreign governments lobbying our representatives. I think that decisions should be made on issues using unpolluted information obtained through our own wholly owned channels, and I do not feel we have any reason to trust lobbying efforts tainted by the self interest of other governments. It seems a stupid way to do business to me.
