"I can't believe you would ask such a question. What have you been watching the past year ??" I should have explained I was asking the question in the context of Art Bechhoefer's statement ... "The best a shareholder could do in New York would be to accuse Nokia of disseminating misleading information in an effort to manipulate the price of its shares." -- Message 23451385 ... which triggered this discussion. Even though there might be a frivolous suit or two in the batch, I don't consider filing lawsuits "misleading information."
