I finding it amazing, absolutely amazing, that a College President would let such nonsense leave his lips. What is more amazing and more deeply worrying is that so few of his hearers seem to be able to translate the utterance correctly: "We are deeply intimidated by threats of violence and will continue to appease those who threaten us."

Here is the real story on the Muslim foot-washing facility at that Minneapolis college. What actually happened is that students were complaining about Muslims washing their feet in the restroom sinks, and one student was injured while lifting her foot out of the sink.
