yes,but they had some type of public address system though....old school, low tech i know... but last i heard, it works.....assuming administrators have the presence of mind to use it

There is available software now that allows a place like V Tech to write one text message and send it to all students and faculty. They didn't have it.

Every college and secondary school in the Country will likely be getting that software now.
