So They have ROTC on campus, why wouldn't they be given carry permits? If you are training Officers on Campus, why isn't this part of their training?

Hey, if she wants to shoot up her family, who am I to object? :-) If I were cosmic, I'd try to build bombs in New Mexico, though.

Is it OK if ROTC trains with 150 mm artillery pieces? :-)
