Actually Floyd, I read your posts and glossed over their report. I would think you have to agree with me that there was no data made available in the report itself. I also looked closer at the agency involved in this study and clearly as a regulator they do not take very many regulatory actions. If you look at the data the SEC submitted in their study, and compared it to raw physical data, the stories don't jive. Kinda like the Aguirre firings and the US Attorney firing stories don't jive with what we have been presented by the govt.
