the timeline is VERY disturbing...

i heard a student say yesterday he heard shots around 9 a.m (a little bit after) and the first warning didn't go out until 9:26

if that is true, then while the keystone cops were investigating the first 2 killings, confining their investigation to the first location....the shooter was in the process of the massacre, which according to other witness testimony lasted about 20 minutes....(shots being heard)

in essence the warning went out after the massacre if that timeline is correct
