Yes, that may help, but there are always people who are ready to snap.

I'm thinking that having more armed guards may be the only way to go. But, on a big campus like that, it may be impractical.

That does not seem reasonable. Help was available, he may or may have not sought it. We do not know. He is responsible for his actions unless we find out differently.

Too bad he couldn't get the help he needed.
