"A federal government plan for responding to emergencies will not be ready in time for the approaching hurricane season, officials have told Congress."

No big surprise there. When you have a bunch of appointees who got their position because of their loyalty to Bush, basic competence tends to go out the window.

The scenario for the next disaster is to declare martial law, implement a complete media blackout except for approved broadcasts and new articles and evacuate as many as possible in the aftermath and don't allow them to return until reconstruction is "complete".

A federal government plan for responding to emergencies will not be ready in time for the approaching hurricane season, officials have told Congress.

I can't believe the MSM.....why would they think the plan would be done by now? Scientists have to be brought in, rockets built, atoms split etc...........its a very complicated process.

Is there no limit to how stupidly incompentent this administration is?
