sure would have been helpful if that good professor had had access to a firearm i don't want to see college students walking around with firearms, but the teachers, that's another story....let's face it....they are, like it or not, the 'first responders' in a situation like this....same thing is true in the case of the amish teacher who could literally do nothing to protect her students but let's not let practicality get in the way of one's closely guarded political adherence to the evil of gun ownership
