Between the social services over loaded so they cannot keep up with their mentally ill This is "what are we going to do about the guy who....." thinking. Everytime we try to stop the National Nannies from taking over our lives, they start talking about "saving the children," or "the guy with no arms and no legs." You just can't solve the problems of the world with police and social service. That's what the Socialists try, and it always fails. In the end, it's gets down to "you and the Universe and what you can make of it." How you are going to live. The only person you can count on in this life is you. To think otherwise is foolish.
