Reagan was a conservative, Bushies are not. Reagan had values and ethics, Bushies do not. GHW Bush too. He had values. He fired Rove for cheating. He scolded his ne'er do well son GW. He worked well with others. Both did diplomacy, talked to our enemies and defused tensions. Neither were perfect by any means, Iran-Contra as a disgrace, but both were presidents we democrats didn't mind so much because we knew they weren't against everything we stood for, they were respectful. Both were leaders of the entire nation, not just their rightwing base and corporate cronies.
