>>Who knows what kind of demons resided within the head of Mr. Cho?<<

There are reports that he was taking medication for depression. Antidepressants have been linked previously to cases of murder and suicide. Right now there is a fixation in the news media on guns and campus warning systems, but perhaps there should be more focus on antidepressants.

Cho's is a sorry effort, indeed.

Sophocles wrote some pretty nasty ideas, but do we see why his stuff survives the millennium while Cho's should be put in the crematorium with the rest of his putrid remains?

Jocasta

Misguided princes, why have ye upraised
This wordy wrangle? Are ye not ashamed,
While the whole land lies stricken, thus to voice
Your private injuries? Go in, my lord;
Go home, my brother, and forebear to make
A public scandal of a petty grief.
