I'm only telling you that laws allowing juveniles to be tried as adults don't include built-in assurances that that will happen...that's not too tough a concept for you, is it?

I suspect that your characterization of the killer as a "kid"
was what prompted the reaction wrt to the killer's legal status as an adult.

I actually find you a bit on the *ridiculous* side.

All the facts aren't in, but you seem to know the answers better than anyone...how is that exactly?

While you might disagree with the armchair analyses of other posters, yours aren't entitled to any special deference.

I didn't post anything to you that warranted charges of being *ridiculous*. Readers can decide whether the labels are warranted.

You are sounding more and more like the self-important, pseudo-intellectuals who frequent the alleged *center*.

The only thing I've said definitively about his motive was that it wasn't solely about his "girlfriend". That was your theory.
I said his motive could possibly be political, which you called ridiculous. And if he mentioned political issues in his written manifesto -- like class, race or gender -- I'd say that's more evidence that your little tantrum on this is unwarranted.
