Malaria. It used tp be endemic in the South and along the eastern US seaboard. They had multiple epidemics in NYC. Gone now. They figured out what it was and how it spread and stpped it.

Food poisoning? I had cholera. Sickest I've ever been in my adult life. BUT that was in Guatemala City, not the US.

I believe shootie was successfully chased away and we likely won't have that source for holistic information.

My posts were specifically aimed at our carbon monoxide exposure.

Then, a year ago I was told I MUST have my gall bladder removed. That, I knew before the trip to the MD, was BS.

My child is female.

I have a multitude of friends and acquaintances that flatly refuse to inoculate their children for the mentioned disease in fear of neurological damage.

Traditional medicine is where I would turn when I need substantial and immediate help of the sort that would have me think I might die without intervention.

ER's and trauma units are worth their weight in gold.

The biggest problem with traditional medicine is that it has convinced the human race that it will keep you alive longer if you take only prescription drugs and avoid non-traditional intervention.

I object to seeing people in thier last quarter of life being turned into human annuities and kept in the dark on concepts that would make their lives longer and better.
