Karen, nice words again today but there is something wrong with the links at the bottom. Both of them give me an error message saying the site isn't available (or something).

I think this one is great!
I have a friend in her 70's who could probably put us all to shame with her strength and youth and flexibility.. the other day she was playing a game like Twister with her high schools and college age grandchildren... it made me think of her... :)

However I know also that we shouldn't let twisted people tie us up in knots :)
