Uh oh.. anytime I see a trend marked by folks starting to be helpful like this, I can sense that a bubble is being inflated not too far away. Your article inspires a feeling of deja vu, all over again, reminding me of all of those perfectly good apartments in Greenwich Village and SoHo that were torn apart to make way for incubators that were organized more like the California ashrams of the 1960s than businesses. Wow, now that I think of it, it was like getting to see a preview of Second Life, in some ways. Anyway, not to drift too far out to sea, I agree with you. What they're doing does seem quite interesting. Thanks.
