Does it have something to do with this chart? I'm thinking this is where you're going, but I haven't figured out what the 'one word' is yet. And this chart is going to get uglier than hell around the middle of May! Ummh? one word huh. Let me see. 'Hold tight' is 2 words- so it isnt that <vbg>. 'Free Put' didnt work either and that's also 2 words. 'Common sense' is 2 words- so my lack thereof isnt the answer. 'Margin' would only have gotten you more pain- so it isn't that. 'Bug' is one word- but, that doesn't fit- so I must acquit. So far- I'm stumped. But, I'm still working on it. If we get it right- what do we win? Ron

He has what he terms a "nerd philosophy." Slider, Perhaps, rather than a word "SOTB" may also represent an acronym for a phrase defined by Peter Eliades, a market technician, to represent the "Sign of the Bear" based on patterns of market breadth data which implied unusually low volatility for an interval of trade days.
