Does it have something to do with this chart?

I'm thinking this is where you're going, but I haven't figured out what the 'one word' is yet. And this chart is going to get uglier than hell around the middle of May!

Ummh? one word huh.

Let me see.

'Hold tight' is 2 words- so it isnt that <vbg>.

'Free Put' didnt work either and that's also 2 words.

'Common sense' is 2 words- so my lack thereof isnt the answer.

'Margin' would only have gotten you more pain- so it isn't that.

'Bug' is one word- but, that doesn't fit- so I must acquit.

So far- I'm stumped. But, I'm still working on it.

If we get it right- what do we win?

Ron

Can I link you to 1000 words in one image?

antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov

Most of us are willing to climb a similar summit thru hard work, fear and perseverance.

And then there are those who are savvy enough to USE the climbers to launch themselves over the top and into the stratosphere..

I have a strong suspicion (thru 1 degree of separation) those in the 'strat' are very sad & lonely.

This week, I heard a great essay from the developer of craigslist.com on NPR.

He has what he terms a "nerd philosophy."

This is an inaccurate quote but his words went something like this...

...work hard enough to live life comfortably
but be sure to have time to help others live comfortably too...

Slider,
Perhaps, rather than a word "SOTB" may also represent an acronym for a phrase defined by Peter Eliades, a market technician, to represent the "Sign of the Bear" based on patterns of market breadth data which implied unusually low volatility for an interval of trade days. Obviously, the phrase potentially has many other connotations as well.

Looking forward to your thoughts on Sunday evening.

One word-

I think I've got it.

It isn't a word. And your question isnt meant to be answered.

You're playing with us you bastard!

Your post was a signal to the short-selling cabal to begin pounding down gold and silver.

You're just like Al Qaeda- you're using a public internet message board to communicate to your fellow short-selling anti-gold and silver terrorists.

What'd I win?
