Royalties

At Fujitsu's target run rate, looks like they want to sell $40m per year by my calcs. Is the royalty rate ~2.5%??

A Sales Target:

1. may not be hit in month 1
2. may not be hit in month 12
3. might be exceeded
4. but projecting 12 * 200,000 upon Fujitsu's announcement seems exuberant
5. projecting volume sales at the Sample Price of ¥2,000 is exuberant
