$560 million coupon pass AGAIN from the Fed today,
so it sure looks
like the Fed is not concerned about the dollar.
The dollar entered
an accelerated fall. Let's see if 80 holds, or we get
into 70-s. No bond selling, yet. To the contrary, the same
pattern of support through foreign purchases seems to be
emerging so far. High 70-s for the USDX could tell a different
story.

Things are flat for now, but if they decided to pick up
to the downside, then we could be back to 1370-s on SP in 1 month
time frame. On the other
hand, we could just hang in there for a week, then move
up, who knows.
