That's ok. After the fiasco that is the Bushies, we aren't in any shape to take over anything. I heard our trade deficit is now up to $800 billion.

In the meantime Russia is back to being a thuggish dictatorship having flirted briefly with the most corrupt of capitalisms. They are 0 for 4 right now in the government category.
