This was a topic of debate several years ago, when the InstaCheck system was being implemented. The shrink community (if there is such a thing) lobbied hard, and won, to keep their psych info completely confidential. The logic was that for psych treatment, an individual has to believe that what he tells the shrink is completely confidential, and nobody else will ever know what was said during treatment.

So, they don't release that personal info to anyone.

Speaking of "gun free zones," ever wonder how many would have died on 9-11 if a few passengers on those planes had been armed?
