Guess they can 'indite a ham sandwich' if they want to (as the old saying about Prosecutors and Grand Juries goes...), but what's truly frightening is that they can convict an innocent person with absolutely no evidence at all... just unsupported allegations of wrong-doing.

Now... to extend the fright to a whole 'nother level, image such power in the hands of an avowed partisan.
