Cheney apparently still believes that the Prez, and by extension of course himself, is not subject to laws. I heard this was his attitude during Iran contra and it has only hardened since then. Heck the man shot someone and then refused to see the cops until he darn well pleased. Why wasn't that obstruction of justice? He's supposed to be in line to run law and order in this country. Why can't he subject himself to his own justice? ROTFLMAO. He's probably a big fan of Hoover with or without the women's lingerie. The man is a sociopath and a dictator and is frequently ignored in favor of bumbling Bush. It will be interesting to see what he says now about the unitary (imperial) presidency and vice presidency.
